Keane Insight is business intelligence software that gives Long-Term Care providers dashboards to visualize, monitor, and analyze information. It’s an out-of-the-box solution that can be up and running in hours, bringing you Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and alerts, both clinical and financial.

Analysis Tool
Your initial view of your dashboard directs your attention to issues that need attention and analysis. Keane Insight supports analysis with its ability to display data in a different view, such as a comparison of multiple sites; filter and sort data by one or more factors such as station or payer; drill down to source data such as resident, progress note or invoice.

Keane Insight is installed with multiple pre-loaded dashboard pages, each with four to seven KPIs displayed as charts that focus on vital subjects for LTC. It is available in three packages, each building on the contents of the other.

Alerts
Never miss a critical event – clinical or financial – with the Keane Insight Alerts function. It scans your system for certain conditions, events, or dates. If they occur, it notifies you by email or alert charts.

Crystal Reports used with Keane NetSolutions increases your ability to create custom reports. Keane NetSolutions templates assist in changing standard reports and creating new reports quickly and with minimum effort. The templates are available as separate optional modules. Crystal Reports is a product of Business Objects.

HL7 is an ANSI-approved American National Standard, developed to facilitate the exchange of key sets of clinical and administrative information between healthcare applications. With the Keane NetSolutions HL7 Interface Long-Term Care providers can exchange data electronically with hospitals and vendors, such as pharmacy, lab, and dietary systems.

With eDocuments you can eliminate more paper from the medical record by importing electronic files such as scanned documents of lab results, prescriptions, and insurance cards. You can add binary files in formats including doc, pdf, and jpg. The software provides a system for storing, indexing, attaching notes, and retrieving files for maximum efficiency.
