The ADT Snapshot is a homepage for each resident - the Snapshot shows you their five "W's" -- who, what, where, when, and why. Quickly find census, reimbursement, clinical, and contact data in one scrollable page. Hyperlinks on the Snapshot take you to all areas of the system.

Be prepared for new residents by gathering pre-registration information, including payors, diagnoses, treatments, medications, and assessment results such as level of care and ADL needs.

Communication delays are eliminated with this integrated system that makes updates available in real time to all authorized staff. ADT centralizes resident data for clinical and financial applications. For multi-facility organizations, resident data can be accessed for one, some, or all facilities, according to security level.

Keane NetSolutions Care Plan uses the MDS, RAPs, and libraries of care plan language to help you build an individualized care plan without paper. You begin a care plan by selecting from an online list of Suggested Problems that is based on the RAPs and correlations with MDS responses that you define. If you use the MDS Quik Plan library, the MDS correlations are set up already.

Next you build the care plan using text from a library you have created or a Quik Plan library. As you review the library statements you are prompted for individualization such as body part or left/right. Keane Care offers two care plan libraries: MDS and Subacute.

Maintain the care plan with one page that shows the complete document. Click on a problem, goal, or intervention and its complete text displays, ready for you to edit.

Paperless process for medication ordering and re-ordering
Keane NetSolutions ePrescribing replaces trips to the fax machine to sending orders to pharmacies. It works in the background to handle the process invisibly by following the rules you have specified.

Electronic messages and auto-faxes are triggered automatically by software activity, including new orders, reorders, and discontinued orders for medications. Depending on the setup data for each resident’s pharmacy, ePrescribing sends either:
  • Electronic messages in NCPDP format
  • Auto-faxes directly from your server to the pharmacy’s faxing solution
ePrescribing gives Long-Term Care providers a paperless process for ordering and reordering medications. Its flexibility means facilities can work with multiple pharmacies and send orders electronically even if a pharmacy does not have ePrescribing capability.
