The Keane LTC Users' Group is a self-governing body, independent of Keane. Membership in the Users' Group is free and individuals determine their level of involvement.

The mission of the Keane LTC Users' Group is to provide input to ensure that all of the products used by Keane Long-Term Care clients meet the ongoing requirements of the continuing care community.

The Users' Group invites staff from all facilities using Keane Care systems to participate in their organization.

Opportunities for participation include:

• Attending the annual national Users' Group meeting at the Keane Client Conference
  
  
• Joining Users' Group Sub-Committees focused on specific Keane Care applications: Resident Account Management, Clinical Applications, AP/GL, and Payroll
  
  
• Organizing regional and local users' groups
  
  
• Giving input on future direction for the software system
  
  
• Helping to set priorities for software enhancements

Users' Group members gather every year at the Keane Client Conference. They also hold regional meetings throughout the year.
