Operating Support.

Keane Care's Client Services team is committed to delivering timely, accurate, efficient solutions to our clients.

Keane Care offers Operating Support to assist our clients in resolving computer problems or answering questions about our applications. Typically, Operating Support assistance is provided over the telephone and through the use of telecommunication equipment (modems).

All computer systems, regardless of size, require proper management. This includes data file management, disk allocation, backup procedures, general operating procedures, and problem solving. At times, you may encounter problems that are difficult to solve, such as those resulting from hardware failure, operating system software failure, application system software limitations, environmental hazards, or operator error.

You can arrange Keane Care Operating Support Services to be provided to your facility in two ways: on a fixed annual basis or on a call-by-call basis.


Fixed Annual Rate (Annual Operating Support)
Annual Operating Support is provided at a fixed price for the duration of the one-year subscription period. The fixed annual rates vary according to the number of application licenses and the number of facilities that run each application.


Call-by-Call Basis (Hourly Operating Support)
Hourly Operating Support is provided on a call-by-call basis. The minimum charge per call is one-third (1/3) of an hour, multiplied by the then-applicable hourly operating support rate.

Our Client Services staff understand the daily needs of Long-Term and Post-Acute Care professionals as they perform their vitally important jobs, caring for our country's frail, elderly, and disabled population. We understand that clients come from a wide knowledge base and that we need to address the needs of people inexperienced with computers as well as the "super-user."

Keane Care's Client Services staff includes representatives with backgrounds in accounting, medical records, health care administration, and computer sciences. Our considerable resources, experience, and knowledge are devoted to helping you manage your Keane Care system.


Regional Offices
In our 30 + years of serving Long-Term Care providers, we have found that they prefer a "personal touch" and so have strategically located the Keane Care Regional Offices so Client Services staff can serve our clients locally as well as maintain a national service network.
