Integration among VistaKEANE Applications In the VistaKEANE system when data is entered in one application, it triggers activity or updates in other applications. More than a convenience, this integration facilitates accuracy and consistency in quality of care, the medical record, billing, and financial statements. Resident information is entered into Admit Discharge Transfer (ADT) for use by both clinical and financial applications. Census changes can be made in either ADT or Resident Account Management. Nowhere is integration more appreciated than in the MDS assessment. VistaKEANE Resident Assessment imports diagnoses, medications, and rehabilitation therapy minutes into the MDS.
