Optional modules:

External Interface - with this interface you can connect directly from Resident Assessment to external services, such as LTCQ. The LTCQ Data Integrity Audit applies thousands of coding checks that analyze the accuracy of your MDS assessments and return detailed reports with explanations of any issues it finds. Issues can include RUGs-related discrepancies and possible errors such as an MDS item of shortness of breath without a diagnosis to explain it.

State-specific module - when your state requires use of Section S, Special Quarterly or Special Tracking Form

Cognitive Performance Scale - calculates a mental ability score using MDS responses. You can calculate a CPS score without a full MDS by answering just the five MDS items used by the CPS. The software tracks residents' scores over time and displays outcomes in a graph. Provides results comparable to the Mini-Mental Exam. It uses the calculation method published by CMS.
