Keane has built on its expertise and experience with the Skilled Nursing MDS assessment to develop a superior system to help rehabilitation hospitals receive appropriate payment under the Medicare Prospective Payment System (PPS).

In addition to an efficient method for completing the IRF-PAI, the Keane system offers Registration and Census components to collect and maintain detailed patient data, including diagnoses. The Census area maintains patient location, dates of admission, transfer, and discharge, plus other information required for billing.
