Your job is to supervise and to individualize the statements.

Begin a care plan by selecting from the list of Suggested Problems. Next step is to add goals and interventions, choosing from prepared text available from these libraries:

• Subacute Quik Plan library

• NANDA Quik Plan library

• Your facility's library

• A combination of the above or enter text in open boxes

The software guides you as you add statements, making it easy to edit them and add text that individualizes them.
