KEANE CARE PRESS RELEASES AND ANNOUNCEMENTS

Keane Care and Resource Systems have entered into an agreement that allows Keane Care to market Resource Systems' CareTracker system to its clients.

CareTracker offers touch-screen data collection devices that encourage direct-care providers to document their observations and the care they give residents.

CareTracker's software uses the data collected to calculate MDS assessment scores and generate management information reports. The CareTracker system will interface with Keane Care's VistaKEANE software to share data.

"The relationship between Keane Care and Resource Systems will enable nursing homes to improve resident care while improving reimbursement," said Larry Triplett of Resource Systems.
