It's easy to order year-end tax forms -- just select the kits you need and how many. The kits include the forms with the multiple parts or copies required, along with the corresponding number of envelopes.

Laser Kits: for use on HP LaserJet III (or later) compatible printers. Laser kits include the form with copies for filing and envelopes. Forms are printed on perforated 8.5 x 11 sheets. Please note:

Laser W-2 forms can only be used when the federal copy is submitted electronically
Laser 1099 Int. forms are only available in kits of 150
Laser 1099 Misc. forms are only available in kits of 100

Continuous/Pin-fed: These forms are designed for use with printers that handle pin-fed or continuous-feed forms. Many of our windows-based software applications no longer print to pin-fed type printers, please review the table below:
