Software Development
The Keane Care Development Team is made up of product managers, programmers, Quality Assurance testers, and technical writers. Within the departmental team is a team for each software application.
These teams are made up of representatives from each discipline, plus Client Services, and they work together from initial planning, to design, programming, documentation, and through the quality control process. We have found this approach assures each application and update meets our high standards before release. Development Team members are also charged with keeping informed on new developments that will affect our clients' use of our software. In order to keep our Resident Assessment and billing software current with Medicare and Medicaid billing regulations, staff stay in contact with regulators at the federal level and in all 50 states. Our clients benefit from our research in two ways: through software that stays current and because we share the information we learn through our Web site, newsletter, e-mail news bulletin, and seminars. |
