Keane Care: Long-Term Care Solutions
Keane Care was formed in 2000 with Keane's acquisition of CARE Computer Systems when its CEO and founder retired. CARE was the first company to bring computer automation to the nursing home industry.

The resulting VistaKEANE windows-based software product line was well-accepted. Since then, Keane Care has continuously enhanced its systems per client requests and regulatory changes. We have developed partnerships with specialty vendors to offer our clients Interfaces with software including CareTracker, Therapute, and MDS analysis specialists.

Our current software system is Keane NetSolutions, a browser-based system built on the .NET platform that incorporates the popular features and functions of our VistaKEANE product. Released in 2005 and 2006, Keane NetSolutions is a single-database clinical and AR-Billing system that includes Electronic Medication Management applications including eMAR and ePrescribing, MDS 3.0, and a LTC Electronic Medical Record.

Keane Care expanded its hosting capabilities in 2010 by offering LTC facilities the Keane Data Center with Application Hosting Services
